CANCELLATION POLICY

• A STRICT $25 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
• No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

RUNNING LATE POLICY

• Unfortunately if you are arrive late for your appointment, the appointment duration may be cut short or alternatively a new time may be required.

These policies are both for consideration of our professional time & also for the consideration of others that would happily fill the appointment.

Mount Eden Road (right out front):
60/120min free public parking spaces available.
Disraeli Road (directly opposite):
There is plenty of free parking spaces to be found right along this road.

Please use this Booking Request form, and we endeavour to confirm your booking with 20 minutes during normal business hours or before 9:30am for all booking requests made outside of normal business hours.
